The terms that apply to every quote, mock-up and order made by Custom Squad Pty Ltd. Please read them before you approve artwork or pay for an order.
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated; GST is added at checkout. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Pricing is based on quantity, garment, decoration method and number of print positions. Changes to the order after quoting may change the price.
Full payment is required before production begins. No order goes into production until payment is received. Ownership of goods remains with Custom Squad until paid in full.
We provide a digital mock-up for approval before production. A mock-up / design fee may apply to small or one-off orders and is credited against qualifying orders. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions may incur a fee. Mock-ups are a visual guide; final placement and size may vary slightly.
The customer is responsible for checking all details (spelling, names, numbers, sizing, colours, placement) before approving. Once approved, Custom Squad is not responsible for errors in the approved artwork.
By supplying logos, artwork or names, you confirm you own or have permission to use them. You agree to indemnify Custom Squad against any claims arising from artwork you supply. Original designs created by Custom Squad remain our intellectual property until the order is paid in full; after payment you may use the design for your garments. Custom Squad may refuse any artwork it believes infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive.
Printed and embroidered colours may differ slightly from on-screen colours and from previous runs. Garment colours and dye lots may vary slightly between batches.
Size breakdowns are the customer’s responsibility. Please check our size guides before ordering. Garments ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for return.
Production times start after artwork approval and payment.
Times are estimates and may be affected by supplier stock or freight delays; we will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping time is separate from production time. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Pickup is available from our Belmont premises by arrangement.
Because goods are custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If an item is faulty or not as approved, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will repair, replace or refund the affected items. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, or garments have been ordered from suppliers, cancellation may incur costs for work completed and stock purchased.
With your permission, Custom Squad may share photos of finished products on our website and social media.
